Viking Tactical Group has specific Return and Exchange policies. All return request must be in writing 15 days within receipt of purchase and must be accompanied by a RAN (Return Authorization Number). To obtain this number you will need to Email in detail the reason for the Return to customerservice@vikingtacticalgroup.com. Once this number is assigned you will need to place the unused, new condition item along with all manuals,paperwork etc. into a secure box and ship back to our return address. We suggest that you use a shipping service such as FedEx so that you can insure and track your shipment. The shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is to be exchanged for a similar item or the item is defective.
